The Fire Marshall’s Office has ordered that no more than 49 people be allowed into the building at any one time. Naturally, we are working hard to address the concerns, but this maximum occupancy will be in effect until further notice. Additionally, no parties greater that 49 people will be booked in the clubhouse until further notice. We are terribly sorry for the considerable inconvenience this may cause. The purpose of this Club is to promote fellowship and understanding
among men and women engaged in journalism and its allied fields; to
sponsor such cultural, educational and social activities as may promote
good fellowship and professional growth among members; and to extend
reciprocity to similar clubs in other parts of the nation and world. |

 The APC newsletter is now available online! Currently, only recent newsletters are posted, but we're working to get a large set of older ones online too. Eventually, we'll have most of the newsletters of the last ten years as well as a few surprises from much, much earlier (think 70's and 80's.) Watch this section for updates. Transitioning to the online newsletter is only one of the ways the APC is working to be more environmentally friendly and cost efficient. Think of all the postage, printing costs, paper, and gas and time that is NOT used by mailing several hundred hard-copy newsletters out every month! We're also striving to reduce our electricity consumption as well as our water usage. |
